Refund policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we're here to help assist you in the buying process. At your request, we will gladly send photos of the item you are interested in prior to purchasing for you to view.

To be eligible for a return, your item along with all tags and documents must be in the same mint condition that you received it in along with its original packaging. For return of an item, please contact us at 250-514-4884 within 5 days of the date of delivery for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of the package or the package WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  All items must be returned within 10  days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of lost or damaged goods when returning an item, so all items should be fully insured by you with postal insurance to cover their full value. All packages must be sent on a tracked and signed for service.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items that are not defective with money paid going toward a store credit. Store credits can be used anytime at jamesandisaiah.com. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that has arrived damaged please document all damages at the time of delivery. Please take photos of the damaged box and all damaged items along with delivery documents and submit to us within 72 hrs. Failure to do so could result in the loss of a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or special ordered items.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent an email confirmation issuing you a store credit for the full amount paid less the 20% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs.
