Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification forwarding you all valid tracking information. All US and Canada orders ship via Canada Post or UPS.

 

Delivery Timing

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive within the US and Canada between 3-7 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. James and Isaiah reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined above.

All International orders ship Via Canada Post can be placed online and delivery times are typically 3-10 business days but can vary by location. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

If we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
